Jr. High NERF WAR

Jr. High Nerf War Battle Royale! We will be taking a limited number of Jr. High Students on the Road to Calvary Chapel Corvallis to participate in their Annual Nerf War Outreach, where dozens of kids engage in battles, enjoy lunch, and hear the gospel.  The event awards prizes for the best Star Wars costumes (optional).

It will be a FULL DAY: we'll depart the 711 Annex at 7 AM, drive to Calvary Corvallis, participate in the event (includes luncgh), get dinner (fast food), and drive home returning at 10 PM.

The event costs $30, which includes:

-lunch & dinner
-travel to/fm CC Corvallis
-nerf ammo (strike or rival)

REQUIRED:

-You MUST supply Eye Protection for your student
(goggles or prescription glasses OK)
-You MUST supply a Nerf Gun (strike or rival)
-You MUST complete required paper work, including:

(1) Activity Release Form for Coastline (if not already on file)

(2) Youth-Nerf-War-Waiver form for CC Corvallis
